·                 You are always welcome to ask for candid images or videos of your ordered products, and feel sure about your purchase, before we pack them.

 

 

·                 Each product undergoes quality check by 3 persons before being packed.

 

 

·                 We also send you images of all the products before packing, to ensure you always receive the accurate quantity of goods, matching your order.

 

 

·                 We expect you to share end to end unboxing video within 5 calendar days of receipt of the package, in case of any complaints regarding short quantity or any quality related issue.

 

 

·                 We will verify the details you submit and provide you with a fair resolution within 48 hours, with a long term relationship building goal.

 

 

a.       Scenarios Short quantity received 

 

We always share images of the products being dispatched. We manage our inventory with the help of our in-house software. Such complaints can be verified with the help of the inventory trail in our software, the image we share before dispatch as well as your unboxing video.

 

b.      Wrong product received.

 

Such instances are usually avoided with the help of images that we share for your review, prior to dispatch. Yet if the product you receive does not match the image online, we will replace / refund its value and bear the return courier expenses too.

 

c.       Damaged product received.

 

Please raise such complaints within 5 calendar days of receiving the goods with clear video. We will refund or offer free replacement.

 

d.      Dislike the product.

 

if you wish to return the product because you don’t like it, you may discuss with us and return it at your own expense. Such goods (up to 20% of the ordered goods, for the first 3 transactions) must reach us in saleable condition, within 5 calendar days of the goods being delivered to you. Once received, we will check the goods and issue a credit note that can be utilized within the next 1 year.

 

e.       Order Cancellation

 

You may choose to cancel your order before dispatch.  Order cannot be cancelled once dispatched, unless the delay in delivery by courier is beyond 30 days.
