Here are the answers to questions you may have, before you buy on wholesale basis from us.

Question: How do I become eligible forwholesale pricing?

Any retailer / wholesale buyer who can depict a reselling business channel is eligible for wholesale pricing. We do not process orders of unknown or retail customers on this website. In fact, we have barred all search engines such as google, bing, yahoo from crawling our website, so that retail customers don't land up on our site and it remains purely for B2B clients. Question: Are you a manufacturer?

We directly import fast fashion jewelry from China, Bangkok and South Korea. We source traditional jewelry from karigars and factories across India. We have been into preciously jewelry business since 1939 (offline stores at Bandra,Mumbai) and into the field of fashion jewelry since 2011. You can check our reviews on google and can surely trust us.
Question: Where are you located? Do you have a store?

We are happy to host you by prior appointment at our wholesale demo store cum warehouse at Bandra-west, Mumbai. We can also video-call and show you all your chosen items that you have selected on the website, to boost your confidence. Since most of our buyers are digital sellers, we click professional images / videos and try to bring you as close as possible to the touch and feel experience of a store. Question: The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that your order has already been shipped, so we request you to please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us. Once you have refused the delivery, we will issue a credit note, post deduction of Rs 120/- incurred towards courier charges.
Question: Is there any minimum order quantity or minimum order value?

Minimum order quantity for most items is just 1 piece. In very few cases we are compelled to have higher MOQ due to practical constraints. Minimum Order Value for First Transaction is Rs 5000/- For repeat orders if the value is below Rs 5000/-, we levy a 10% handling charge.
Question:  I am a start up. I want to try out with few samples, hence cannot order worth Rs 5000

We will fulfill such requests at Retail Price i.e. 2X of the displayed wholesale price. Within 7 days of receiving your sample order, if you wish to place a new order worth > Rs 5000/-, we will adjust the surplus amount you have paid us for the sample purchase.
Question: What is the estimated delivery schedule?

Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day from our centralized warehouse in Mumbai. While 90% of our range is ready for dispatch, certain products may need to be custom-made or arranged from our partners and may need 3 to 5 working days. We mention the “Dispatch Time” on each product listing page, below the SKU Code, so that you can plan accordingly. It takes 1-3 days in Tier 1 cities, 3-5 days in Tier 2 cities, and 4-7 days in Tier 3 cities, from the day of dispatch. Once dispatched, we will share the tracking number with you on WhatsApp. In case you do not receive your order beyond the estimated date, please WhatsApp us on 9820006870 and we will help you.
Question: What are the shipping rates?

Shipping charges are Rs. 50/- per kg within Mumbai and Rs. 120/- per kg for rest of India. In case you find our shipping rates to be expensive, you can book your own courier and arrange pick up.
Question: Do you drop-ship to my customer in white-labelled condition?

Yes, we can drop-ship to your customer. However, we need you to book your own courier and share the shipping label and manifest copy. We will hand over your order to the assigned courier person that visits us for pick up and share the signed manifest copy with you. In case you want us to book the courier, we can do so, but please note that the shipping label will have our name and address. (we won’t be able to erase or hide it). Question: Which couriers do you use?

We work with all couriers available on Shiprocket panel, namely – Delhivery, Expressbees, Ecom-express, E-Kart and use AIR mode by default to ensure you receive your package faster. In Mumbai, we use Anjani courier, since they usually deliver next day.
Question: What is the payment mode?

You may pay via UPI ( google pay, paytm, phonepay) or bank transfer. For this, you must choose “Bank Deposit” as the method of payment at checkout, and submit the order (you don’t need pay at this moment). Upon submission, we will pick the items and contact you for payment.
In case you want to opt for cash on delivery, we can do so with an upfront payment of 10% of order value. Please note that courier companies charge us extra for cash on delivery facility which we in turn will levy upon you.
Question: Will I Get A GST Invoice?

Yes, we can issue a GST invoice on your GST number / firm name. Please select "Add GST" option at checkout ( it appears just above the payment mode tab)
Question: Can I Use Your Images To Post On My Page?

Yes, we create professional images and videos so that it’s easy for you to sell our products faster. You can post our images, however we may object to their usage, only and only when we find that your purchases from us aren’t in synch with your usage of our images.
Question: What If Some Of The Products Are Missing From The Parcel I Receive?

We will send you images of the products we are dispatching before accepting payment from you. Hence we would simply go by our images as evidence. Yet in case you want to be very cautious you may create an end to end unboxing video and share with us, in case of any discrepancy. All our stock is inventoried and we will try to track back and come to a fair resolution. We dispatch all our parcels in tamper-evident polybags. Please check the condition of the parcel before accepting it from the courier person. Please refuse to accept in case the parcel appears to be tampered.
Question: What If Any Product Is Received In Defective Condition?

We check all our products before dispatch. We expect you to check all items and inform us with evidence, within 120 hours (5 days) of receiving the products, in case any item is defective. We will not be able to entertain any such complaints beyond 120 hours (5 days). Depending on the supporting pictures or videos you provide us, and their validation by our quality check personnel, we will provide you with one of the below solutions a. We will request you to return the item to us (at your expense), we will repair and return to you (at our own expense). b. We will send you the missing stone or part and you may fix it at your end. (we will bear the courier expense) c. We will send you a free replacement or else issue a credit note. We definitely intend to work together for long term. However, our decision in this regard shall be final.
Question: Will You Exchange Some Of The Products I Buy?

All sales are deemed to be final. No exchange or refund is possible.
Question: Do you restock items that sell out?

Yes we restock items, since most of our clients are online sellers and expect us to replenish styles that sell out.
Question: Is the website price final? Are there further discounts?

We Don’t Fear Transparency, hence we have our prices mentioned upfront on the website. There is no code or discount system. Prices on Website are the final wholesale rates. 3% GST and courier charges are levied additionally.
